Albania Property Services was founded in January 2007 by Paul Bradbury, from Manchester, and Mark Francis, from London. Both have extensive experience of the Balkan property market, having run a successful real estate agency on the island of Hvar, Croatia since 2003 www.croatianhouse.com, as well as founding the first international agency for Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2006 www.agent.ba. Albania Property Services, in conjunction with its local partners, is based in Tirana and aims to provide a comprehensive property management and development service for foreigners looking to buy, renovate or rent out property in Albania.
